T & C's

   Please take a few minutes to read our T&Cs.
    The hirer agrees that by making a booking they accept the terms and conditions and all persons using our equipment do so at their own risk.

Bookings are confirmed once a deposit has been received. The deposit is 50% of the total cost.

A provisional booking will be held for 2 days before the deposit is due. If the deposit is not paid during that time, the date will be made available again.

The remaining balance is due no less than 2 weeks before the event date.

A security deposit is required for hired frames, arches, and props. This is refunded on collection of undamaged equipment.

The cost includes delivery, assembly, styling, and collection on the same or the following day, depending on agreed collection arrangements. 
We do everything possible to ensure set up and collection is at the agreed time however delays may occur due to traffic problems, road closures, or accidents.

All prices are subject to change however prices quoted at the time of booking will be honored.

Hired items are the responsibility of clients during the agreed hire period.

The float time on helium balloons is dependent on transit and room temperature conditions (comfortable ambient temperature is always recommended).

Balloon bouquets, Stacks, Foils, Hugs, & Gumball balloons are always made at least 12 hours before collection/delivery in order to check for any imperfections in balloons ensuring total peace of mind.

Balloons left at a venue before an event commences are the responsibility of the client and The Balloon Room Harrogate takes no responsibility
 for them being removed or damaged.

Money paid towards a booking is nonrefundable but can be transferred to a balloon display at a later date.
 
Balloons collected from Valley Drive are the responsibility of the client thereafter.
 
Installed Displays; Once installed please do not touch displays to avoid accidental damage to the arrangement including equipment.
